As a team-oriented business leader and attorney, Steve is a business professional with over 20 years of experience. He helped lead the successful IPO of CareCloud, formerly known as MTBC, where he served as President and CEO. He also founded Hill City Advisors, providing strategic guidance to entrepreneurs growing or exiting their businesses. Steve rejoined CareCloud and currently acts as the Co-CEO. He also enjoys pursuing other fields of interest, including donating some of his time to do pro-bono legal work.

Sharad Bohra

Sharad Bohra is a retired senior executive with a strong background and expertise in technology, global supply chain, and setting up global manufacturing in different parts of the world. Over 46 years, he has held global leadership positions in various multinational companies like GE, Tyco, and ADT, working in the USA, France, South Korea, India, and China. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Banaras and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin. Sharad is also recognized for his cultural diversity, team building, and global talent development skills. He is passionate about coaching and mentoring high-potential young talents.

Dan is a Health Tech veteran with a background in Management Consulting, Data Analytics, and SaaS. He is currently a Client Solutions Director at Courier Health, a software company with a mission of getting patients with rare diseases life-saving therapies more quickly by breaking down institutional barriers. He previously held roles at ExxonMobil, Goldman Sachs, and Mastercard. He has a BS in chemical engineering from Notre Dame University. Off the side of his desk, Dan has led pro-bono analytics projects, which have enabled charitable organizations to leverage their data to further their respective missions.

Pramod is a finance professional with a degree in Chartered Accountancy from India. He has extensive experience in various industries and business across India, the Middle East, and the United States. He is currently consulting in finance, accounting, and investments. He has also previously served as the Treasurer of the Jain Vishwa Bharati of North America New Jersey branch.

Asmi Jain

Asmi Jain is a rising Junior at South Brunswick High School, where she has already distinguished herself as a dedicated leader and community contributor. She serves as the captain of her school’s Unified Tennis team, mentoring students with special needs in the sport, and is an active board member of the DECA club, fostering her interest in business and leadership. Beyond academics, Asmi is a student teacher at Hindi USA, where she helps preserve and promote cultural heritage. After graduating, she plans to major in biochemistry, with aspirations of becoming a doctor.
