Accommodations for The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Division of Nephrology

Eligibility Requirements*
Anyone who:
- Is a patient at the Nephrology Department at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
- Is an important support person (parent, sibling, family friend) to a patient who is suffering from an illness that requires hospitalization, active treatment (two appointments per week), or a second opinion.
- Has a permanent home to return to after their child’s hospitalization.
*Please Note:
- Accommodation is only available to families who complete the application and are confirmed CHOP Nephrology patients.
- Stays are limited to five nights to serve as many families as possible.
- You may reapply for additional nights; however, nights are subject to availability and Aashray’s discretion.
- Accommodation is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Aashray covers the cost of accommodations only. Guests are responsible for parking fees and any other expenses beyond the hotel’s complimentary amenities.
- Guests are liable for any damage to the hotel, its guests, or its property.
- Guests under eighteen must be accompanied by an adult.
- While accommodation is completely free, hotels require a credit card on file for incidentals.
- We suggest a voluntary donation of $20 per night or whatever amount you can contribute to support other families in need. If you can’t donate, don’t worry.
- Aashray reserves the right to provide accommodations at any of our partner hotels.
